HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO PURCHASE?
Please refer to our sizing chart for exact measurements and corresponding US sizes. We try our best to be as accurate as possible. If the child is in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us for sizing advice through our email hello@theshapeshop.store or Instagram @theshapeshop.active and send us photos or measurements for us to help us make better recommendations.
I DON'T THINK YOU HAVE THE SIZE I NEED. DO YOU DO CUSTOM FIT?
It is important to us that out clothes fit bodies of all sizes and we try out best to be as inclusive as possible. Because our production is in-house, we are able to accommodate custom orders! However, we cannot guarantee that the fabric needed will still be available, so please contact hello@theshapeshop.store so we can discuss your order. All custom orders must be fully paid before proceeding with production.
WHERE ARE YOUR CLOTHES MADE?
All our clothes are lovingly manufactured in The Philippines. Our brand operates a small production floor comprised of a staff of only 8 people. We have full control over our production methods, therefore we are able to guarantee that they are made under ethical conditions and in a setting that is mindful of its impact on the environment.
HOW SHOULD THE CLOTHES BE WASHED?
Hand wash with mild soap recommended. For machine wash please remove any pads and wash with like colors to preserve the quality. As much as possible, do not tumble dry as shrinkage may occur and it may affect the durability of the fabrics.
