WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept credit card payments via PayPal. For Philippine customers, we also take bank deposits to BPI, Banco de Oro, or GCash.
HOW LONG IS PROCESSING?
For items on hand, orders will be shipped out within 3 days of payment confirmation. Orders within the Philippines should arrive no longer than 5 working days after turning over to the courier. Please allow 7-10 working days for international orders.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping charges within The Philippines are as follows:

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We are happy to inform you that TheShapeShop ships door-to-door to the USA. Other destinations may be possible depending on courier availability. If you're placing an order outside The Philippines, kindly email email@example.com or Instagram @theshapeshop.active so we can process your order more efficiently.
As much as possible, we charge a flat rate of $40 USD for international shipping. However, final costs are subject to review depending on the quantity and destination.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
We are happy to exchange your items and give you another product with the same value or lower if: 1) The item is deemed to have a factory/production defect and arrives damaged, 2) It does not fit properly, 3) You are not pleased with the color or style, or 4) You changed your mind about your purchase. You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We can only send out the item for return once we receive and inspect the original one.
DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?
We cannot refund payments. If you're returning an item and there's nothing you'd like to change your purchase to at the moment, we can issue you store credit in the same amount of your returned item to use on a future transaction. If the item you'd like in exchange of your original purchase has a lower value than your first, we will issue you a voucher for the remaining balance.
HOW DO I SHIP THE ITEMS BACK TO YOU?
For orders within The Philippines, returns can be shipped back to our office at #17E General Mascardo Street, Little Baguio, San Juan, Metro Manila.
We are unable to take returns for international orders, however residents in the US and UK have the option to ship items to our shipping cart addresses and we can coordinate shipping back to Manila (subject to an additional forwarding charge). Please contact us so we can send you more information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and not credited.
